A little while ago I sent an email about how we don’t make suits of armour.
Well, it struck a chord with John in Arizona.
He sent us these pics of his T700.
Along with this short message…
“You guys are awesome!! Much appreciated. I am replacing my old ones which kept my rig from being damaged. Props and again, thank you.”
To which Adam in our Customer Services Team replied…

Thanks for getting in touch and your feedback. It's great to hear when our kit is doing its job well.
I hope you're ok after that incident?
I have the luggage racks on my bike for similar reasons. Not just to carry luggage, but also as protection. And they've saved my bike from quite a few scrapes. Not quite as dramatically as yours though!
I'm passing this on to the team as it's always great to see real world use of parts and hear feedback from people. So it's much appreciated you taking the time to send this through.
